DMCA Policy

Last updated October 24, 2026

Neuramare (GenVista) respects the intellectual property rights of others and asks users to do the same. We respond to notices of claimed copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512, as amended) and other applicable law.

Content on the Service is private to the account that made it and is deleted automatically 48 hours after it was created, so the material you report may already be gone when we receive your notice.

Designated agent

Send notices of claimed infringement to our designated agent:

DMCA Designated Agent / Copyright Agent, Neuramare
Am Rainbach 22, 6340 Baar, Zug, Switzerland
Email: dmca@genvista.com

Notification of claimed infringement

If you believe content on the Service infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written “Notification of Claimed Infringement” to our designated agent containing:

  1. an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the right being infringed;
  2. a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
  3. a description of the material you claim is infringing and sufficient information to locate it on the Service (e.g. a URL or generation identifier);
  4. your address, telephone number, and email address;
  5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law; and
  6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the rights owner's behalf.

Send notices to dmca@genvista.com. We may disregard a notice that does not substantially meet these requirements. Knowingly submitting a false notice may result in liability under the DMCA.

If you are outside the United States, or your complaint concerns another kind of illegal content, you can also report it to abuse@genvista.com, as our Terms of Service describe.

Counter-notification

If you receive a notification that material you posted was removed, you may send a written counter-notification to our designated agent containing:

  1. your physical or electronic signature;
  2. identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal;
  3. a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification;
  4. your name, address, and telephone number; and
  5. a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district where we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notification or their agent.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in accordance with the DMCA unless the complainant files a court action within the time required by law. Material that has already been deleted under our 48-hour retention cannot be restored.

Repeat infringers

It is our policy to remove or disable access to material that we believe in good faith infringes third-party rights and, in appropriate circumstances, to terminate accounts of users who repeatedly or egregiously infringe. We may suspend or terminate accounts as our Terms of Service describe.

False notifications

Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

No legal advice

This page describes how we handle notices. It is not legal advice; if you are unsure whether material infringes your rights, consult a lawyer.
